Gel bubble, gel packs

PU and TPU are used in a wide variety of shoe sole components, including the gel bubble.

Mid soles

PU/TPU are used in open and closed cell foam that aid in water absorbtion or hydrophobic properties in upper shoe parts, liners, tongues and mid-soles.

Plastic logo die cuts

TPU is used for injected molded plastic components, surface plastics, and glossy brand logos.

Shoe exteriors

TPU provides elasticity, waterproof and abrasion resistant properties while PU is used to manufacture synthetic leathers for shoe exteriors.

Gusset and tongues

PTMEG is used for elasticity in tongue gussets and binding fabrics.

Outer soles

TPU is used in hard molded outer sole components (eg. athletic cleats).
